Mindfulness training, designed for athletes

12 Week Program

45 Minute Sessions

One Session Per Week


Meditation Practice

Every session includes a Shamatha meditation led by Ethan. After he guides the players and coaches through the instructions, we do a group meditation. 


Mindfulness Training

Sessions are customized for the specific challenges your team is facing, such as dealing with nerves, negative self-talk, or fear of failing. We train players to overcome these blocks.


The Lunchbox

A list of exercises to work on between sessions. Tailored for each team to help build up their meditation practice, and put into action the skills acquired throughout the program.


Coach Check-Ins

The day after each session, we schedule a “Mindful Debrief” with the coaches. We check in on their meditation practices and discuss how the players are progressing. 


Midway Check-In with Leaders

Midway through the program, we meet with team leaders to hear how the program is going. We make real-time adjustments based on their feedback to maximize the impact of the program.


Postgame

At the end of the 12 weeks, coaches have the option to add-on individual sessions or renew for another 12-week program. Otherwise, we leave them with the tools they need to continue their team’s mindfulness training.
